How Herald works

Your whole outreach runs from three buttons on your dashboard. Claude finds the leads, Herald sends from your reps’ own Gmail, and a person always presses Send.

    Start sourcingClaude finds companies that fit your playbook and a contact email for each, in the background, and queues them for you.

    Send outreach batchReview the batch and press Send. Each first email goes from the Gmail of the rep who found the lead, using your saved template.
  3. 3
    Send follow-upsCompanies that haven’t replied after a week get a follow-up, sent as a reply in the original thread.

Herald handles the rest

  • No double-emailingEvery lead is checked against the whole team’s list, so no company gets the same email from two reps.
  • Replies and bounces sort themselvesWhen a company answers, it moves to Conversations with its rep. Bounced addresses are flagged automatically.
